The ability to take on risk and manage it underlies all innovative processes and business activities. For us, trust and risk are two sides of the same coin. That’s why we wish to create a habitat which facilitates collaboration and the exchange of ideas, with a high tolerance for uncertainty and the ability to make the most of talent.
We are convinced that trust allows the development of a common vision of social problems, to set in motion procedures to deal with them and solve them collectively.

We believe that, in order to contribute to change, it is essential to build teams of people motivated to reach ambitious goals, both at a local and global level. The determination of a group is not a guarantee of success, but it does increase the chances; it is the key to taking on social and business goals involving the ideas of a single talent which can become a project that makes real change.

We believe in sustainability as a universal need, such as the need to guarantee current and future generations the ability to meet their needs without compromising the environment we are part of. We put the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals at the centre of our project and subscribe to a vision of development based on the circular economy, regeneration and sharing.
For us, sustainability is a factor which directs and multiplies positive effects, reduces costs and risks, drives innovation, moulds supply chains, and drives business models to change.
We are looking for startuppers, professionals, students, developers, freelancers, creatives, designers, entrepreneurs, consultants, digital nomads: people who have the desire to make their contribution to change, who need a flexible workplace, technologically advanced services for holding meetings, teleconferences and events, and who want to find other partners with whom to collaborate to create projects and generate innovation.
